Internship Role Overview
The Summer Developer Intern will work alongside experienced engineers and data professionals to design and implement technology solutions addressing real-world challenges. Interns collaborate with AI and development teams while learning agile software delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support development and implementation of technology solutions
• Assist in researching and evaluating new AI tools and methods
• Document technical findings and contribute to presentations
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with guidance
• Collaborate with AI and development teams on solution delivery
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Assist senior engineers with coding, testing, and data preparation
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 30 completed college credit hours
• Pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree
Preferred Skills & Exposure
Experience or familiarity with:
• Programming and database fundamentals
• Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Large Language Models (LLM) or Generative AI concepts
• Python ecosystem (LangChain, OpenAI, etc.)
• .NET development environment
• JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• SQL or NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn AI technologies are highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Undergraduate interns are expected to receive approximately $23 per hour, depending on program structure and academic level.
