Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Conversation Engine team, you will collaborate with machine learning experts and cross-functional teams to scale and optimize a cutting-edge Generative AI product for enterprise users.

  • Scale and optimize a Generative AI product to meet the growing demands of the enterprise solution space.
  • Apply abstraction, scalability, and optimization to a dynamic, probabilistic, and generative conversational system.
  • Rapidly iterate over new ideas and leverage user behavior data for informed decision-making.
  • Enhance the end-to-end product infrastructure with high engineering quality and robustness.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to solve unsolved problems in enterprise AI.
  • Support hundreds of millions of users across multiple chat channels and use cases.
